ii) Evidence of innovative library service and organizationof published work

Desirable: M.Phil/ PhD degree in library science/ Information science/ Documentation / archives and manuscript-keeping 

Or

i) Deputy Librarian completing service of three years into AGP of Rs.9000 and otherwise eligible as per the API scoring system and PBAS methodology developed in UGC regulating, 2010 with a Ph.D. qualification read with UGC regulation 2016, 4th amendment dated 11.07.2016
